Available on crate features crypto and native-certs and std only.

Returns the cached, process-wide extra trust anchors, loaded from SSL_CERT_EXTRA_FILE (a PEM file) and SSL_CERT_EXTRA_DIR (directories, split like SSL_CERT_DIR).

Unlike SSL_CERT_FILE and SSL_CERT_DIR, which replace the native store, these are trusted in addition to it, and also by the platform verifier. Empty when neither variable is set.
