The :scheme pseudo-header value of a request carrying :protocol (Extended CONNECT).

RFC 8441 §5 (reused by RFC 9220 §3 for HTTP/3) requires https for a wss target and http for a ws target; other schemes are sent as they are. Only the pseudo-header is mapped: the request URI keeps its ws/wss scheme.
