The SessionConfig a CONNECT-UDP tunnel’s HttpDatagramSession needs.

Native sends report a full queue instead of dropping older payloads, so the socket can apply backpressure, and oversized DATAGRAM capsules report their Context ID so a context-0 payload above the UDP limit aborts the stream (RFC 9298 §5).
