Check a proxy’s answer to a CONNECT-UDP request (RFC 9298 §3.3, §3.5).

HTTP/1.1 requires 101 switching to connect-udp; HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 a 2xx other than 204, 205 and 206. Responses carrying content framing are refused.
