Incremental, allocation-free chunk-line terminator scanner.

Each call consumes only bytes received since the previous call. A completed scanner becomes a Framed value and cannot be polled again.

Construct an empty scanner.

pub fn scan( self, src: &[u8], max_bytes: usize, ) -> Result<ScanStatus<ChunkLineScanner>, ChunkLineError>

Scan the next stream bytes for the end of a chunk-size line.

Pass only bytes not supplied to an earlier call. When more input is required, continue with the scanner returned by ScanStatus::Partial.
