Incremental, allocation-free ICAP head terminator scanner.

Each call consumes only bytes received since the previous call. A completed scanner becomes a Framed value and cannot be polled again.

Construct an empty scanner.

pub fn scan( self, src: &[u8], config: HeadParserConfig, ) -> Result<ScanStatus<HeadScanner>, ParseError>

Scan the next stream bytes for the end of an ICAP head.

Pass only bytes not supplied to an earlier call. When more input is required, continue with the scanner returned by ScanStatus::Partial.
