Available on crate features quic and std only.

A bounded server observation of one attempt, including its Retry lineage.

The parsed ClientHello belongs to the connection’s SecureTransport extension. Debug output contains shape metadata only. Serialization omits connection IDs and raw ClientHello bytes, and replaces connection-specific parameter values with their lengths. Explicit field access remains available to capture consumers.
