Changed recovery metrics. RTT values are milliseconds; window sizes are bytes. Absent values were not updated by this observation. Nonfinite RTT values are omitted.

min_rtt: Option<f32>

Minimum observed round-trip time, in milliseconds.

smoothed_rtt: Option<f32>

Smoothed round-trip time estimate, in milliseconds.

latest_rtt: Option<f32>

Most recent round-trip time sample, in milliseconds.

rtt_variance: Option<f32>

Smoothed round-trip time variation, in milliseconds.

pto_count: Option<u16>

Consecutive probe timeouts since acknowledgement progress.

congestion_window: Option<u64>

Current congestion window, in bytes.

bytes_in_flight: Option<u64>

Unacknowledged congestion-controlled bytes currently in flight.

ssthresh: Option<u64>

Slow-start threshold, in bytes.

pacing_rate: Option<u64>

Congestion controller pacing rate, in bits per second.
