Enum StopCause
#[non_exhaustive]pub enum StopCause {
#[non_exhaustive] Exited,
#[non_exhaustive] InitializeFailed {
processor: PipelineProcessor,
},
#[non_exhaustive] Panicked,
#[non_exhaustive] DrainTimedOut,
}Available on crate features
dial9 and pipeline only.Expand description
Why the pipeline worker is Stopped.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
#[non_exhaustive]Exited
Shut down normally, including a Recorder dropped without
graceful_shutdown while the worker was idle.
#[non_exhaustive]InitializeFailed
A processor’s SegmentProcessor::initialize returned an error.
Fields
This variant is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enum variants could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive enum variants cannot be constructed in external crates and cannot be matched against.
§
processor: PipelineProcessorThe processor whose initialize() failed.
#[non_exhaustive]Panicked
Panicked: in a processor, the thread-start hook or the runtime build.
#[non_exhaustive]DrainTimedOut
Still running when the shutdown drain timeout ran out. A Recorder
dropped without graceful_shutdown allows no drain time, so a worker
that was mid-segment, or still in a processor’s initialize(), stops this
way.
