Client identity (mTLS) presented by a TlsMitmRelay to upstream servers that request one.

Parsed and validated once. Insert it into the ingress flow extensions to override the relay default for that connection; share one identity across flows with Extensions::insert_arc. Generic TlsClientAuth pieces found there are ignored, like any other ingress TLS client setting.

With TLS 1.3 an upstream rejecting this identity fails the connection after the relay handshake, not during it.
